What is a Twin Flame?

Twin Flames are on an ascension journey. Each is meant to reflect back to one another the energy and frequency they are emitting so that they can begin to recognize patterns and beliefs that no longer match the vibrational frequency of the New Earth. Twins are meant to come into inner union by healing and integrating the shadow self.
